Bio and Résumé
I spent the early part of my career as a law clerk and attorney at one of the world's largest law firms. I left a dozen years ago, looking for inspiration in my work. As so many of our young people do, I found Covenant House. And I found my inspiration, my passion, and my purpose - building a sanctuary where we can welcome young people who are alone, hopeless, and adrift with open arms. Without judgment or cost. With the simplicity of kindness. And with unconditional love and absolute respect.
Why a website?
You've seen my work as a lawyer. I've been responsible for managing challenging issues - the building project through COVID-19, our full portfolio of legal issues, and even rolling out our ETO database across the enterprise back in 2012-2014.

But you haven't seen my work as a leader of an organization. The best example is the five years I served as the Executive Director of Covenant House Pennsylvania. This website includes narrative, videos, articles, and information that would be difficult to convey in a traditional resume, cover letter, and even in an interview.
